Give the citizen a way to interact with some services of the local authorities
This product is "citizen oriented". This will give a local authority a way to make some documents orderable thru the web by their citizens. It will also give a way for the citizen to send a request to a service and be able to follow the evolution of it (workflow).
By default there are 2 services available (but others can be added thru the configuration) :
Population Service : gives a way to order documents and certificates with follow-up (workflow) and a way to pay (to pay online very soon)
Work Service : give a way to send request about various problems to the service with follow up
